Terms of service

The rules between AURI and a hotel that uses it.

Last updated 22 September 2026

These terms

These terms apply between Maciej Adamski Sp. z o.o. ("AURI", "we") and the hotel or company that signs with us ("you"). The Service Agreement sets the scope, fees and dates. Where it differs from these terms, the Service Agreement applies.

What you get

  • Your own instance: a separate Google Cloud project with its own application and database. Your data is never shared with another client.
  • Your own address, usually spa.your-domain.
  • The AURI application: online booking for guests, the staff calendar with rooms, therapists and equipment, online card payments through Stripe, and room charges recorded in AURI and settled by your reception.
  • Updates to the application for as long as the contract runs.

The Service Agreement lists the modules and languages included.

Fees

A setup fee, then technical support. No fee per booking, per payment or per user.

Your payment provider charges its own card fees. Nothing from that goes to AURI.

The Service Agreement sets the amounts, the billing period and the notice period.

Payment

The setup fee follows the schedule in the Service Agreement, usually half on signing and half when the system goes live. Other fees are invoiced in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days, in the currency the Service Agreement names.

Late payments carry interest of 1.5% a month where the law allows, plus reasonable costs of collection.

Ending the contract

Either side can end the contract for a serious breach, after 30 days' written notice and a chance to fix it. Either side can end it for convenience at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for the part already paid.

When the contract ends, we hand your data back within 30 days in a machine-readable form: a database export and your stored files. The export does not include AURI's source code. After the handover we delete our copy.

Liability

AURI's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption, except where the law does not allow this limit.

We are not liable for outages or data loss caused by:

  • your own configuration;
  • services outside our control, such as your payment or message providers;
  • force majeure;
  • data you deleted yourself.

Google Cloud SQL takes daily backups of each database, with point-in-time recovery.

Availability and maintenance

These terms do not promise an uptime figure. If you need a service level, it goes into the Service Agreement.

We announce planned maintenance 7 days ahead. We may do urgent maintenance without notice when security or stability needs it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. The courts of Warsaw decide disputes.

For clients in the UAE and the wider Gulf, the Service Agreement may choose another law and court, such as UAE federal law or the DIFC. Where it does, the Service Agreement applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you keep using AURI after that date, the new terms apply. The current version is always on this page.
